Cookie Policy

Effective from 8 November 2026. Version 2026-11-08.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. The browserโ€™s local storage (localStorage) works in a similar way. In this policy, both technologies are referred to as โ€œcookiesโ€.

2. Who uses cookies

The website insideclinics.com is owned by InsideClinics Ltd (Hong Kong, reg. No. 2681618) โ€” โ€œweโ€. Third-party cookies may only be set by Google when an embedded map loads, and only with your consent.

3. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary

These keep the website running and do not require consent. They cannot be switched off in the website settings.

  • ic_consent โ€” stores your choice in the cookie banner. Kept for 12 months, after which we ask again.
  • ic_currency โ€” remembers the currency you chose for prices. Kept until you clear your browser.
  • insideclinics-session, XSRF-TOKEN โ€” patient account sign-in and protection of forms against forgery. Set only in the patient account; removed after 2 hours of inactivity.
  • remember_cabinet_โ€ฆ โ€” โ€œremember meโ€ in the patient account. Kept for 30 days.

Analytics

Used only with your consent.

  • ic_visitor โ€” a random browser identifier. Shows which pages are visited and how visitors reach a request. Kept while your consent is valid (up to 12 months) and deleted immediately when you withdraw consent.

Third-party services

Used only with your consent.

  • Google Maps โ€” embedded maps of our office and of clinics. When a map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies (for example, NID). Their purposes and retention are determined by Google: Googleโ€™s cookie policy. The map does not load before you consent.

4. Legal basis

We use strictly necessary cookies on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the website and protecting forms. Analytics cookies and third-party services are used only on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and in line with the rules on accessing the userโ€™s device (Art. 5(3) of EU Directive 2002/58/EC).

5. Analytics

We process analytics data on our own server, do not share it with third parties and do not build advertising profiles. Your full IP address is not stored: for statistics we keep only the network (the address without its last part) and the country. If you submitted a request, the visit history linked to it is kept together with the request. Without a request, the data is deleted 13 months after your last visit.

6. Managing cookies

On your first visit you choose โ€œAccept allโ€, โ€œReject allโ€ or โ€œCustomizeโ€. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the โ€œCookie settingsโ€ link at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw consent to analytics, the identifier is removed from your browser immediately. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; strictly necessary cookies are required for the patient account to work.

7. Consent records

To be able to demonstrate consent, we keep a record of your choice: a random consent number, the categories chosen, the policy version, the page and the time. Your IP address and browser details are not recorded.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes, we will update the policy version and ask for your consent again.

9. Contact

Please send questions about cookies and personal data using the form on the Contacts page. How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
