The company was founded by practising doctors. Patients came to them after failed treatment abroad: they chose a clinic from an ad, overpaid an agent, got documents translated with errors, and had nobody to turn to after discharge.
InsideClinics solves each of these problems. A doctor reviews the documents. Clinic prices are open before you apply. A coordinator stays with the patient until the follow-up check at home.

Legal information

How we choose clinics
Clinics are re-audited every two years or after a patient complaint.
Accreditation
JCI, TEMOS or national. We check registries, not the clinicโs website.
Doctors
Procedures per year in the specialty, publications, professional societies.
Site visit
A doctor-coordinator inspects the departments and conditions for foreign patients.
Outcomes
Every patient fills in a survey after treatment. Two complaints pause the partnership.
What we donโt do
Patients should know where our responsibility ends.
- We donโt diagnose or prescribe treatment โ the clinicโs doctor does.
- We donโt take prepayment for choosing a clinic or preparing a treatment plan.
- We donโt work with clinics without valid accreditation.
- We donโt promise treatment outcomes: no clinic can guarantee them.
- We donโt share documents with a clinic without the patientโs consent.
